Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, is an alternative therapy method used to help manage emotions, reduce stress, and alleviate anxiety or trauma. It combines elements of exposure therapy, cognitive therapy, and acupressure. The process involves tapping with the fingertips on specific points on the body, mainly on the face and upper body, while focusing on a particular issue or emotion.

Please note that no-shows, or cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the start time, will be charged at full price. If you have not already paid, we will follow up to request payment via MBWay, STRIPE, PayPal, Revolut, or Bank Transfer.
