Build strength, improve balance, stay flexible, and boost confidence in this one-hour resistance band training session, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class offers a safe, joint-friendly, and highly effective way to maintain and improve functional strength—supporting everyday movements like lifting, reaching, and walking with ease, and generally strengthening and toning your body. Using resistance bands, we’ll guide you through a full-body workout targeting the arms, shoulders, buttocks, core, hips, and legs. The bands allow for gentle yet challenging resistance. The intensity of the workout can be easily adapted by increasing or decreasing the amount of resistance. Expect a supportive, encouraging environment where exercises can be adapted to suit individual needs. We’ll end each session with mindful stretching and breathwork to help release tension and restore calm. Perfect for active agers, beginners, and anyone looking for a low-impact, high-benefit fitness session.
