All Levels: Ashtanga Led Flow or Mysore Style Practice
Service Description
This class offers a softer, more inclusive approach to Ashtanga Yoga, open to all levels. We begin with a gentle warm-up to release tension and mobilize the joints through Pavanamuktasana (joint-freeing movements), followed by grounding pranayama and meditation to prepare body and mind. Students then have two options: • Guided Flow – a slower-paced sequence focusing on the fundamental standing postures of Ashtanga, with modifications and variations to make the practice accessible and supportive. • Mysore-Style Practice – space to follow your own practice at your rhythm, with personalized guidance and adjustments from the teacher. We close with a long, nourishing Savasana, allowing time for rest and integration. This class is designed to be gentle, grounding, and adaptable, making the essence of Ashtanga Yoga available to everyone.

Please note that no shows, or cancellations with 24 hours, will be subject to full payment. In the case of no shows or last minute cancellations, a payment request will be sent and can be made via Revolut, MBWay, or Bank Transfer.
