Our grief counsellor Elizabeth Tiesinga offers a therapeutic, non-judgmental presence for anyone moving through loss, whether recent or long-held. Sessions provide listening, emotional validation, and practical tools to help navigate the complexity of grief, mourning, and meaning-making, meeting you exactly where you are without pressure or timeline.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that no-shows, or cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the start time, will be charged at full price. If you have not already paid, we will follow up to request payment via MBWay, STRIPE, PayPal, Revolut, or Bank Transfer.
